BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELATION POLICY


Farmhouse of the Palms uses the following booking conditions and cancellation policy. These conditions apply to all bookings/reservations, unless otherwise stated.

Booking Conditions


  • Check-in between 14:00 – 20:00 | Any check-in later than 20.00 will require previous approval  and a late check-in fee will apply.
  • Check-out until 11:00;
  • The minimum stay is 3 nights
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and the common areas.
  • Children 13 years and older are most welcome
  • We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
  • Payments in euros or via Maestro are also possible.
  • When you book your stay, we will ask you for your credit card details. We reserve the right to pre-authorization of the credit card details provided by you.
  • By making a booking, you expressedly agree to these booking conditions and the below cancelation policy

Cancelation policy


Our 2021 covid cancelation policy is as follows:

  • For cancelations up to 7 days before the planned arrival date, no cost
  • For cancelations less than 7 days before the planned arrival date, we charge a fee totalling 50% of the booking value.
  • In case of  no-show, we will charge the full amount of the booking value.

For reservations of 2 or more rooms, a specific cancelation policy applies. Please contact us for this policy.

The cancelation fees will be charged to the credit card you provided.
Cancelations must be made by email, stating the name and the booked period.
